MEET ANTOINETTE BELTON FOUNDER|CHIEF OF OPERATIONS
Belton & King was founded by Antoinette Belton, who serves as the Company's President. With a background in economic development and medical research, coupled with a passion for social impact and business development, Antoinette has dedicated her career to improving healthcare outcomes and empowering individuals to live their best lives through Belton & King’s initiatives and actions. Her vision for Belton & King was to create a conglomerate of companies that would effect positive change in the world, with a focus on health, wellness, and community building.
Antoinette is driven by a desire to create a better world along with developing companies that solve problems. Antoinette’s leadership inspires the team at Belton & King to strive for excellence and to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Biocentric Health Research is Belton and King's medical research arm. Biocentric has a two-fold focus: Advancing medicine through innovative solutions and promoting diversity and inclusion in clinical trial study participation. By prioritizing these goals, the company is working to improve healthcare outcomes and ensure that research is representative of diverse populations.​​
Deborah’s House of Hope’s mission is to provide shelter, support, and hope to individuals and families in crisis. Through compassionate care, resources, and guidance, we empower those we serve to heal, rebuild stability, and transition toward independent, fulfilling lives. Our first project will be devoted to housing youth who have aged out of foster care. ​

Milk & Honey is an adult-only luxury glamping resort and the first and only female, Black-owned glamping destination in South Carolina. With two glamping grounds underway, our Lowcountry pilot project will launch first, featuring two thoughtfully designed micro-cabins and two safari tents. Our full vision, located conveniently outside of Camden, SC, also known as Horse Country, will expand to include four micro-cabins, four geodesic domes, an interactive nature trail, a swimming pool, massage suite, and wood-burning sauna. Guests are immersed in healing arts, five-star dining under the stars, and a complete wellness experience set within a serene, wooded landscape. Each site includes a private shower and bathroom, fire pit, and personal Jacuzzi, creating the ultimate space for rest and restoration.

Serving our health and wellness division, Sanctuary Companion Care’s mission is to deliver compassionate, person-centered care that empowers individuals to live their best lives with dignity and independence. Through personalized services, we enhance overall well-being and quality of life by providing trusted support, comfort, and companionship. We proudly serve children with special needs, individuals with disabilities, older adults, and those recovering from surgery.
